We are honored to receive the following special blessing from His Holiness Sakya Trizin, The Head of the Sakyapa Order of Tibetan Buddhism, on June 11, 2000 during His Holiness's empowerment and teaching of Sarvavid Vairochana in Chuang-Yen Monastery, NY USA. The blessing is extended to all the viewers with joy of the Dharma.

Sakya Pandita who is known as the immanation of Manjushri, emphasized that the basic fundamental requirements of the serious Dharma practice and accomplishments are (1) propagation of the Dharma, (2) discussion of the Dharma, and (3) writing about the Dharma. In this day and age there is access to the Dharma through the unthinkably fast and far-reaching medium of the internet and other technologies.

I see that through such mediums there is great potential for positive purposes. There is growing access to the Dhama globally.

In the past the great Sakya founding fathers wrote down some of the important Lam Dre teachings previously only orally transmitted. Later Lam Dre teachings were recorded in a written collection reaching over 30 volumes. Today through technology the Dharma can be taught, practiced, and preserved with the benefit of these new means.
